Polymer Clay Tutorial: Painting with Liquid Polymer Clay

My Brand New Tutorial was just released in my Etsy Shop Beadazzle Me

So many customers and friends asked me to write this tutorial, and I finally completed it! It was a conglomeration of 2 things I love to do, Paint and work with Polymer Clay. Just give me a paint brush I will happily paint just about anything!

I would much rather be creating something with Polymer Clay, than sitting at a computer writing instructions.  I'm not good at sitting still, my mind is always full of new ideas & techniques,
that I could be trying. I hope you all enjoy this tutorial, it's a lot of fun!

My Polymer clay Earrings on Polymer Clay Daily: Extrusions Everywhere

My latest work is featured on Cynthia Tinapple's Polymer Clay Daily Blog. I subscribe to her blog, so it was waiting for me this morning in my email inbox! I did a double-take when I read my name at the top of her article entitled Extrusions Everywhere. I love experimenting with extrusions, it's a surprise every time you crank the handle on the extruder. It always leaves me wondering. "Now how did I do that"? You can really create some distinctive, one of a kind jewelry pieces!
Here are a few more pieces made using an extruder. I love the earthy Southwestern colors for the Winter season. Great with sweaters, jeans, and boots!

All of these pieces are available in my Etsy shop- Beadazzle Me

Shades of Gray: Polymer clay

Something new for everyone that loves Gray & Black! I created these earrings using Premo! clay in Black, Pearl, Antique Gold, also a bit of Fimo Soft in Aqua & Seafoam. I made the tiny spacer beads using a thick straw as a cutter for the shape. They are topped off with a steel gray Freshwater Pearl. Visit my Etsy Shop today to see these & all the other pieces of Wearable Art that I've created!

Polymer Clay...Somewhere over the Rainbow

                             Rainbow Watercolor Jewelry

I guess you could say I'm combining my love for "The Wizard of Oz" with my passion for mixing colorful blends of clay! The results are a rainbow of saturated hues, in some of my favorite colors. I remember as a kid watching the second part of the movie, and how exciting it was to see for the first time the brilliant colors, coming from our TV set. What a special treat that was, and how I looked forward to it every year!
